A workshop, a table, a pot... The workshop belongs to Sofio. She started pouring when she was looking for a gift for a friend and couldn't find one that felt right. What began as a handful of candles became a collection. What was a collection became a manufactory. What the manufactory is, is still a table, a pot, a woman melting wax.
Sofio works sitting down — she works in a wheelchair. This is visible in the logo, and it is visible because it is part of the story, not because it should be a story. A candle does not need to know who poured it. But when you buy one, you should be allowed to know where it comes from.

We use soy wax because it burns cleanly. We source our fragrances from a trusted supplier here in Germany that we know. We use glass that can be reused. We try not to throw away anything that can be avoided.
Currently, there are 2 fragrances in the standard range (Madagascar Vanilla and Mystic Morning) and depending on the season, two or three additional ones. It shouldn't be more than that. We want to know every candle we sell.
